If you would like to purchase both a custom item and a regular item, please place them as separate orders. Each order will be shipped in a separate package.
If you combine them into a single order, the entire order will be held and shipped according to the custom item’s production timeline (as outlined in the product details)

    All customs charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Orders cannot be returned to sender.

    Failure to pay such charges will result in the inability to receive the order and may lead to further issues with the importation and delivery of the shipment.
