Custom Orders

All custom-made orders are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Standard Orders

For all non-custom products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

 • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The item received is faulty or defective;

• The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered); or

• The item was damaged during shipping(photo/video proof required).

Refunds are not granted for personal preference, style, or sizing, as a detailed size chart is provided to guide your purchase.

Return Process

 2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

 3. After inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
